The Sega Saturn is a home video game console developed by Sega and released on November 22, 1994, in Japan, May 11, 1995, in North America, and July 8, 1995, in Europe. Part of the fifth generation of video game consoles, it is the successor to the successful Mega Drive / Genesis. The Saturn has a dual-CPU architecture and eight processors. Its games are in CD-ROM format, including several ports of arcade games and original games.

We first take a stock working Sega Saturn, give it a full service inside and out, fix any issues and restore the console to fully working order.

After this, you can select any upgrades or modifications you like such as region free or SD Card mods, USB-C power and more.

The console can have power, AV and controllers included. Simply select the specification you desire.

NOTE: The shells are original so will come with signs of wear and tear.

Controllers / Power / AV

You can choose to have the console bare or with controllers, power and AV cables.

The CleanPower is a modern USB-C replacement power board so your console can be powered from anywhere in the world using a USB-C power brick that supports 15V or 20V output. Great for keeping the internal heat down in the console and allowing you to power the device from any region in the world (no mains voltage issues).

The CleanRGB SCART is a perfect RGB output with our CleanRGB internal mod and external cable, to allow you to get pixel perfect output as SCART. You can easily connect this to an OSSC or similar for flawless HDMI.

Games From SD Card

If you prefer to load your games from SD card, the disc drive can be replaced with a Fenrir and an 1TB SD card (included). No BIOS mod is needed for this.

BIOS

The BIOS can be upgraded to a region free BIOS to allow you to play any region discs.

We started RetroSix not as a mass market business, instead with the aim of perfection. Recreating moulds of original shells, casting them from quality ABS, redesigning hardware such as power supplies, USB-C, audio and more, to upgrade your consoles to the highest quality available. No cheap junk sold for profit.
