Got a GameCube Controller you want to have restored and repaired? Then this service is for you.

Send us your console and we will get it back up and running for you and do any mods you require. Leave notes on the order of all the known issues, what you would like repaired, fixed or upgraded and any other important notes.

Sending your items to us

Repair Service

Majority of repairs can be done as part of the Standard Repair Service and do not require extra parts.

If extra work or parts are required we will contact you with the costs before proceeding.

Make sure to read our Terms & Conditions to ensure you understand the repair process.

Deep Clean + Plastic Restoration

As an additional service we can deep clean the controller similar to car detailing. This includes a full strip down, soap clean, grime removal and polish.

On top of this we apply nano plastic revitalizing coating on and buff up afterwards. This restores the plastic to a really nice factory finish.

NOTE: This restoration won't fix scratches on the plastics however it will make them less noticeable due to being cleaned and restored.

Upgrades and mods

If we already have the upgrades or modifications you like listed simply select those options. If you would like additional work carried out that is not listed, feel free to just contact us and we can give you a price.

Returning items back to you

We send the item back by the delivery method you specified during checkout.

Any questions or details contact us via Discord.

Any cosmetic issues that are outside of the standard repair can also be addressed. In which case we will contact you if we identify such issues and let you know the price of repair.

RetroSix is a family run business led by Luke, who has been in the gaming industry and retail business since 2013, and sold consoles, controllers and even designed our own controllers and consoles.

We repair and upgrade consoles while showing them off on our social channels such as TikTok.

We sell products for restoring your own consoles should you wish to do it yourself, including many of our own hardware we design and manufacture in-house.

Finally, we print directly onto products to create unique one-off designs of things like Game Boys, Game Gears and anything that has a relatively flat surface we can print on. Checkout our Printed Products sections to buy some or design your very own.

We started RetroSix not as a mass market business, instead with the aim of perfection. Recreating moulds of original shells, casting them from quality ABS, redesigning hardware such as power supplies, USB-C, audio and more, to upgrade your consoles to the highest quality available. No cheap junk sold for profit.
